At Equal Grounds Community Café, every item we prepare is made with care and packaged with care. Because we sell perishable food products and made-to-order merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our café items and custom products, we cannot resell or restock returned goods. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact page, providing your order number and a photo of the item(s) in question.

We’ll gladly review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Once your order has been confirmed, it enters immediate processing and cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before final checkout.

Equal Grounds Community Café is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from errors by the postal carrier or incorrect shipping information entered during checkout.
